This high protein peanut butter banana chocolate chip smoothie makes for a great post workout snack or addition to breakfast. With 26 grams of protein, no protein powder, and only 5 ingredients, this creamy smoothie takes seconds to create.

This smoothie is greatly affected by the type of banana used. If you’re looking for a frothy smoothie like above, use a fresh banana with ice. A frozen banana will create a soft ice cream-like texture.
